Update and Delete buttons in a form

Is there any idea for me to allow my update and delete button for my database table to delete and update the ones which I have selected instead of defaulting It to the original one which I made first? For example I have an account called John which is my first made account and a second account called Anna,the moment I tried to delete Anna,It selects John by default and I was unable to delete Anna.
