error: Database user does not have permission to save file in this location

I have created winform to work with database, at the beginning it creates backup and try to save it somewhere but I am getting above error. It is not only in specific location, I cannot save it anywhere. I could not find anything in google. Where can I give permission to database user to save/create files?

I am working with SqlServer Express 2014. Thanks.
