Geocoding using google API

I'm looking for a way to geocode around 90,000 addresses and was looking into the google api.

   What is the safest way to make the api call? I have highly sensitive addresses.

   Can I create a c# windows forms application and make the api call?

   I want to create a windows forms app that will allow me to select a list of addresses and then have the app loop through and pass the address to the api. Is there any issue with doing it this way?

   Is there a list of all returned data? I need all the census data fields like tract, block, MSA, CBSA, Fips st, County, etc...
