Required voice recording gif image when i click on Start button

Hi I am developing a windows application that records voice. I need an moving image that must show or move like recording an audio (like gif images) when I click on start recording button and when i click on pause or stop another image or same image needs to show without moving(stopped recording).

Start button click --> recording moving image Stop or pause button click --> not moving image

Please help to do this Thanks in advance
