Scheduling .exe file online

Is there any way to schedule .exe file online?

I made a Windows-based application and published it. It is updating a Google spreadsheet. We are currently running one pc 24/7 and scheduled that .exe file on it.

Now we would like to something online to schedule that exe file instead of keeping pc 24/7 ON.
