The type initializer for 'xxxxxxxx.Form1' threw an exception

I copy paste my previous form application to new form application.Now if I try to run the new application it is showing me The type initializer for 'xxxxxxxx.Form1' threw an exception.I am using visual studio 2012.I have also made changes in the namespaces of the new application.
