To Implement SignalR with WinForms .Net Application

In my Web Application i used normal SignalR Library for push notification. So now i want to implement in external winform Project which will get push notification form Web Application and vice-versa.

For Above mentioned query, i made External Console HUB to connect Web app to Win App, its fine. But i used normal SignalR Library in my existing web application, which is not able to connect HUB.
