In Windows Form Design view of c# form get corrupted almost all the time

i know there are many form about this but nothing helped me still i used c# in windows form i created a form with all working features now after sometime i cleaned the solution then m getting the error in some line but this happens usually on the form and resolved the error okay i again cleaned and build the solution no error but when i clicked on the design view showing cannot be viewed and some shit links of msdn and a link of ignore and continue when i clicked on ignore and continue whole form got reset and i again need to make a whole new form this shit tedious i tried using vs13 and vs15 nothing helps
