Window form Setup Issue

I have a windows form project .I am going two create setup for this project .but i need an other setup(PDF viewer ) run if user machine has no PDF viewer installed.then my PDF setup will be run have any idea for this type of problem during create setup is there any way to install an other setup form my setup folder
