Could not load file or assembly SHDocVw

I am using winform and getting error in AxWebBrowser.



Could not load file or assembly SHDocVw or one of its dependencies.



I have already added SHDcoVw.dll from Microsoft Internet Controls and also microsoft.mshtml still same issue.
