Progress Bar loading while retrieving data from database - C# Windows Forms

I've a login screen. After user sign in, the main screen needs to load a dashboard with data from database.

The main screen only appears when all data is ready.

I just need to implement a progress bar on the login screen that shows the real loading progress.
