Confused about WindowsMediaPlayer

I have a windows playlist file .What I am trying to do is to give this file's url to WindowsMediaPlayer.Droped a Windows Media Player component on to the form and wrote this code below once the code exacuted nothing happens until clicking the horizantal button (not the play button)then everyting is ok .What is wrong here.
