Bluetooth Pairing device without pin on Windows XP

i have a usb bluetooth,and my computer system is windows xp(very old? because my memory less than 2GB),and this bluetooth must install Widcomm driver.the chip of bluetooth is Broadcom BCM20702.



now i want to develop a windows from using c# to paire a device without pin.



example:

a android select image ->send to my computer->computer no video adapter,but i want to receive this image automaticly（without pin）->android send done(without pin).
